World Cup draw
The USA is in Group C for its World Cup matches. Also in the Group: Algeria Slovenia and England.

My prediction for the group? England and the USA go through, although the USA will lose to England. But what I really care about is what happens in Group A. France will doubtless breeze through. And then? They’ll beat South Korea (2nd in Group B) in the second round, then go on to play Germany in the quarters. Germany by this time will have narrowly defeated England, and they will systematically destroy the French, extracting sweet revenge for Thierry Henry’s deployment of the hand of God against the Irish in the qualifiers.
And after that? I can enjoy some jolly good sport.
